PA66 and PBT is the main material of 3 pin car connector and housing. According to the different performance requirement, 3 pin automotive connector always made from PA66 or PBT. As a thermoplastic material, PBT has been used more and more. It has excellent chemical and electrical properties, good dimensional stability, and can withstand 120 degree high temperature. Also PA66 have many advantages, it has excellent wear resistance, self-lubricity and high mechanical strength.
